Anyways I don’t remember saying lower the protein? I’m saying change the diet up. I eat at least 120g-150g of protein a day.
3500calories vegan. People grow muscle with low protein too, just not as much as moderate protein intake or high

Testosterone supplementation should cause a significant increase in muscle volume without exercise when in a dosage above an invididual’s base line, though with exercise more can be built faster. There are lots of caveats to this statement, but it’s generally true from what I understand.

I image there is a significant amount of fake testosterone on black markets.

That’s true to an extent, I wouldn’t go so far as to say significant but the person will definitely lose bodyfat and appear more muscluar. It really boils down to the individual and how their body reacts to test, that’s the problem with any supplement and it’s effect on the body, some people respond well to them others have little effect. Testosterone itself isn’t any good if your body is converting it to estrogen or binding your free levels. For alot of people it’s more effective to leave your test levels alone and work instead on the estrogen problem and putting the body in an environment to be able to use it’s own free test. As far as black market test, it’s not that it’s usually fake in itself, it’s just that it’s dirty. The way it’s made isn’t always subject to any type of standard, so you gamble on that.it’s better just to get the prescription instead of risking some crazy staph infection from injecting something that is made by a questionable source.

I remember reading a study on testosterone supplementation with a group that was given testosterone with no exercise and testosterone without exercise. The volume gains to muscles of testosterone without exercise was half that of testosterone without exercise. The actual long term benefit might be the same though with the increase of satellite recruitment being identical between the groups, with the exercise group only having temporary increased volume due to exercise induced muscle protein production. Though that requires further investigation.

I think you missed the point of what I was saying. Rather than what you consume, you’re penis size is largely determined on genetics.
The supplements just aid in growth if you use them with a routine.

Side note - I never mentioned testosterone. The rabbit hole goes very deep in regards to steroids. Either way, the most that will happen from taking, test. without any types of exercise is that you will have less body fat. Exercise and calorie intake is a must. Fact. Where you have read, I have witnessed.

The study I saw could be wrong.

The restriction of steroids means the studies are scarce and we have a crisis right now around reproducing findings because universities don’t want to reproduce experiments, AKA bad department heads and PHD review boards.

Doctors repeat a lot of mantras around issues that haven’t actually been studied. I’d like to know how they came to the conclusion that penis size is genetically determined. It’s probably true, but maybe it’s not.
