I had an experience with ordering smokes on line and customs once.

Apparently the owners of the site were being taken to task and my smokes never arrived. I contacted the site and they refunded my credit card. A month later I got a letter from ATF saying that a package address to me had been seized as “contriband” and that if I want to claim the package as mine then I had to sign the letter and send it back. Yea right, I’m not admitting guilt and paying the taxes and the fines.

It’s my understanding now (from several people that got screwed this way) is that when they close down one of the cigarette sites, they seize the sales records and credit card numbers and then automatically charge your credit card for the back taxes due. I don’t know what the legality of this is, but do you have the time or money to fight them just to put another nail in your coffin?

As far as ordering Viagra, hell they know what you’re doing with it. They’d have to be real bunch of tight asses to even bother with coming after you over not having a script. They got smokers to catch anyways, there’s no money in it for busting on you.

While we’re on the subject, Does anyone know if you have to have a script to get Viagra in Canada? I’m only 10 minutes from Windsor
and it would one more reason to party across the river ….
