FAST DELIVERY. I ordered on 28APR (a Sat.) and had it on 01May (the next Tue).
The pills are just smaller than a dime and maybe a 1/16th of an inch thick. They seem to be doing a decent job so I don’t really know if it is them or the increase in cardiovascular training. They were about $20 AUS for 100 and at 3 a day seems kind of expensive. There is no labeling about the percent so I wouldn’t be able to answer that question. By the way, the company is Nature’s Own.

I take take it in tea form, I drink it when I am trying to study for a test or something. You can get it from yogi teas I also mix it up with green tea it’ seems to work. Also Vitamin B12 is good for memory.

If you have any Chinese shops close to where you live, you might be able to buy 100% Gingko Biloba tea (in tea bags)cheaply.
It tastes absolutely disgusting and bitter alone, the first time I tried it I felt nauseous afterwards, but mixed with 100% Korean Ginseng tea, 100% ginger tea and any other circulation boosting herbal teas, honey and a drop of whisky, you have a less disgusting tasting cocktail that makes your cock, rock hard!
It needs to be brewed for at least 10 minutes for best results.
