Gotu Kola

Hey, I was wondering if anybody has tried this herb called Gotu Kola. From what I understand, the effects are similar to ginkgo biloba, such as general brain enhancement, increasing circulation, defeating impotence, etc etc.

Has anyone tried this specifically either by itself or paired with ginkgo?

Yes. Skip it!

I tried it on its own and didn’t notice anything. Slight mental energy boost, that’s all.

As far as I know it’s a diuretic.
