6’1" 180 doesn’t jump out as sounding fat. But, then, I have seen skinny people who are out of shape. So I can’t say based on those stats, alone.
But, if you do need to loose a pound or two (tighten up) the green tea is supposed to help with that.

Again, if what I read can be trusted, green tea should help in slimming down. Side effects, I haven’t read any -but I have not specifically searched, I must say. But, then, I only use one tea bag on work out days..
Tea is known to block the absorption of Iron , but that is all, as far as I know. On the other hand, things rich in vit C, can increase the dose, or maximize the uptake of a med or supplement.
