I’m preparing for a 6 month cycle around the first of the year. I’ve been running a lot and doing more calisthenics, but I’m about to get an apartment with a weight room, so that will certainly help as well. Injections are into the mons pubis, this is a penis growth protocol, but I’ll live at the gym during this time to enjoy those benefits as well.

This is the protocol:
Proviron (50mg twice daily)
HGH (4iu per day)
HCG (250iu every second day)
20% DHT gel (0.7ml twice daily)
20% T gel (0.7ml twice daily)
Beef collagen 30g/day
Cialis 5mg/day (for the first 3 months)
BPC157 500mcg twice daily (for the first 3 months)

Do you see any red flags?
What kind of negative effects can I expect at the end of the 6 months (withdrawals, flat libido, etc)?

My second opinion said this:

HGH will be wasted without running testosterone.

Test gel is ineffective; levels don’t stay stable.

Test enanthate (at least 500 mg/week) is ideal for HGH use.

Start with 2 IU of HGH daily, increasing as needed.

Cialis is great and can be used indefinitely if available.

Before starting the cycle. I jog regularly, and I do a little calisthenics now and then.

I recently got an apartment, and I’ll move my bowflex in here soon. I’m prepping for my cycle. I’m hoping the cycle will make me more manly overall, maybe some body hair and a thicker beard. I’ve always felt like more of a boy than a man. Here’s to my second puberty!

Have you decided on a routine? Perhaps pump and extender?

What is bpc-157 like? Have never tried it.

For me the focus was-
1)O2, NO2, lifting heavy. (breathing thru nose with a mmmmmm sound. Doing VO2 max. Deadlifts etc)
2)my PE routine. Combination jelq, electric pump with gauge, extender
3)Supplements. I have always wanted to try bp157-c but I am hesitant as all the stuff I have seen say it’s a Testosterone downer.
3)Supplements. I do cycle my supplements every 1 to 3 months.
3)Supplements. I love. Mg, Taurine, VitD3 + K2. Tongkat Ali + Fadogia at night
3)Supplements. Others. Spermedine/ancestral/methylene blue/hydro water/dhea but I can’t get it anymore/reservatol*/NAD or NMN/many more.
3)Supplements. Would like to try - Metaformin
3)Supplements. Waste of time for me. Maca black, yellow etc/Ashwagandha/many more.

Lots of water. NO sugar/plastics/seed oils/limit alcohol/. YES sirt diet, paleo, cinnamon, cacao, fruit etc

I will use a pump, BIB hanger, clamping, and some helpful exercises which worked well for me in 2020. I use ThePenisProfessor.com

The exercises are similar to the ones here in the newbie routine, but the video quality is way better and the instruction is simply better and easier to follow along.
