DrKNoisewater, remember what I said about HGH and supplements? I guess not, because you’re still fixated on these supplements as some miracle for your PE efforts. HGH spray or any other HGH supplements do not contain the steroid nor are they anywhere close to it. It would be very expensive and illegal to buy anything containing HGH, and it would have to be injected in order to be affective. I’m not even getting into the health risks dealing with heart attacks, diabetes, and cancer. There are some supplements promising to boost HGH but those claims are often beyond bullshit marketing ploys to get you to buy a certain product that probably won’t work.
So you’re not disappointed by any over expectations of PE gains in the future, you should know the average gains are less than 1/16” a month. That’s about 3/4” a year (your first year), though 1/4” to 1/2” a year is more common after newbie gains. Those are almost unmeasurable weekly gains! Still given enough time and effort you can grow yourself quite a monster in 5 years. But you’re going to have to put 100% faith in your yourself and not in any shortcut, supplement, exercise of the month, or new devices. You can try out some new things here and there but the majority of your PE career should be focused on the basics and kept very very SIMPLE. The harder your routine is to remember, the less likely you’re going to follow it for very long. And don’t neglect rest days… You don’t grow from PE! You tear yourself down from PE and you heal and regrow bigger with enough rest. When you sleep normally you produce all the HGH you need to recover.
