horny goat weed and l-arginine
What’s good fellas. I’ve been supplementing with horny goat weed and l-arginine, and here are my findings.
I tried horny goat weed first. The results, which was almost immediate, wasn’t what I expected but pretty decent. What was I expecting? Having raging hard-ons all day, being the horny teenager that thought about sex all day, based on what I’ve been hearing. But what I got was a slight increase in libido, and my balls feeling heavier and also my balls hanged low all day. Also, my penis did get a little more sensitive, but I was able to still keep control. The sensitivity happened after two weeks of taking it. My rating: because my expectations was so high, I was kind of disapointed. But if I never heard of horny goat weed then tried it, I would have a higher rating. With those things considered, I’ll give it 3.5 stars out of 5.
Now l-arginine. My bottle says take two capsules daily, which amounts to 500mg. Although I received a great pump in the gym, I didn’t notice anything with the man downstairs. So I upped the dosage to 1000mg. At this point, my dick became more vascular, and hanged low and thick all day. Like you know how your shaft and head looks after you finished a good jelqing session. I was really impressed. When it comes to erections, I don’t know how to rate it because my erections are pretty damn solid to begin with. But what I did notice was that I was able to get a full hard-on much faster.
My rating: for working out and for sexual health, I’ll give it a 4.5 out of five. The only reason I won’t give it a 5 is because I have to take 4 pills to aching the results, which makes me finish the bottle in about 10-15 days. Other than that, no complaints.
