Horse Chestnut Cream
With blood spotting, i’ve found horse chestnut when taken in capsules to be beneficial in reducing it.. I recently discovered horse chestnut cream (sorry if im not supposed to link), does anyone think using this stuff daily might strengthen veins and capillaries which would reduce the risk of injury and allow more intense workouts?
Ingredients: Horse Chestnut Seed and Bark Extract (standardized to 20% aescin), Butcher’s Broom Leaf Extract, Witch Hazel Bark Extract, White Oak Bark Extract, Myrrh Gum Extract, and Rosemary Leaf Oil.
Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Aloe Vera Gel, Glyceryl Sterate (emulsifier), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (emollient), Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Beeswax, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyyl Alcohol, Methyl Glucoses (from sugar plant), Lecithin Phospholipid, Jojoba Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (natural vitamin E), Xanthan Gum, Grapefruit Seed Extract, methylparaben, Propylparaben & Sorbic Acid (preservatives). ”
I’ve searched for information for the main ingredients, all bring back results mainly for vein and capillary strength and skin healing, although using this stuff regularly might have the opposite effect and weaken (I noticed vitamin E which is a blood thinner).
What do you guys think? all pearls of wisdom and opinions greatly appreciated,
