Hi everyone:) ,I’m new to this forum,But not new to PE,Here’s what I’ve found out from my own experience with amino acid supplements,You can’t take just one thing,Such as Arginine,and expect it to work wonders,You must combine it with other stuff too,Every morning I have a cup of whole mik and some cottage cheese and a cup of grape juice for breakfast,I have these gel-caps containing powdered gelatin,This stuff is made of several different amino acids,Including L-Arginine:) <p>I untwist three caps and mix it in with the cottage cheese,I know it works because for the past two days I’ve been out of tea and have had to go back to coffee for my dopamine fix,I had also stopped taking my gelatin,Well yesterday morning I had it again and it brought me such a thick,healthy erection:D ,It totally reversed the slight shrinkage caused by coffee,And btw,Each cap is 778 mg,Of which not all is just Arginine,Not a huge dose,Yet it works great,I think that’s because I’m taking it in a balanced form,And it’s only about 12$ a bottle of 60 capsules:)
