I need more energy

I need more energy

I’m sleepy all the time, I want to sleep but I can’t, I mean I do sleep but I’m not resting properly. When I wake up I’m very tired :) .

I’m trying now Hydroxycut (it’s a CVS lose weight product) that’s suppose to give me more energy. This is my first day on it, and I feel very agitated :) which is good. Did anyone try anything else that work for them ?

Healthy food diet of 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat along with 1000mg of vitamin c, give me more then enough energy to do my daily shit.

Is it possible you suffer from sleep apnea? If you have it, it can cause you to wake multiple times at night but you won’t notice yourself waking up. This leaves you unrested.

Before taking a ton of supplements, make sure your body is working properly in the first place.

I don’t think I have sleep apnea, I think it has to do with my depression. I don’t have any other medical condition. So I know I’m not treating the cause but the symptoms, and I’m fine with that.

If there is ephedra in it it will probably get you agitated.

Concerning night rest. Choose to go to bed at a certain point and get up at an certain point every day and stick to it. Even if you have had a bad sleep. You’re body will get to a natural healthy bio rythym.

And more energy

- If you don’t work out, begin with it in a pleasurable way. Choose a work out you like to do.
- Listen/look to comedy
- Listen music with a “message” that feeds the right state of your heart and with inspiring motivating songs/lines/lyrics
- Make somebody and yourself happy with being thoughtfull about something
- Learn/observe your thoughts, your internal dialogue. What are you saying to yourself during the day? With wich thoughts do you feed your mind? Positive or negative’s? Negative’s can’t be banned for 100%, but you can minimize them to be maximum effective. It’s also an attitude not letting them affect you to much.
- Every day one capsule of fish oil
- multivitamins
- Every day vegetable’s and a piece of flesh
- Inform yourself on getting more energized and balanced and act upon it!

Do you have bouts of forboding thoughts?
Is your erection smaller and softer?

I would have to say no, for everything, erection smaller and softer ? maybe, I’m not sure. It’s very hard for me to see a connection with my question :)

In my opinion, Hydroxycut is just a fancy advertisement for a Caffeine stack. If you look at their ingredients, each pill mostly contains Caffeine, and Herbal extract(to make it seem more fancy- It’s really another form of caffeine). (Make sure you do not have any heart problems if taking hydroxycut).

Have you tried taking Multi Vitamins? and Exercising regularly?

As Adun have suggested, sleep apnea can be the reason with conjunction with depression. You’re mind is in a wonder state and you are not getting enough “REM” Sleep.

As far as trying to treat depression, many people have found exercising to be their way to treat their depression. I am not sure about why you are depressed, but exercising have many positive outcomes such as better endurance, better mind state of focus-ness, and latter a better body(which helps for boost of confidence).

Eat a healthy diet (vits n minerals), exercise! Plain n simple plan for more energy not to mention, in my case, inceased libido among other areas of improvement.
