Let’s keep this topic alive,
as even though progress can be very slow, the information can be vital.
In summary, this is what has NOT worked for me to speed up ejaculation:
- Fish oil
- Taking L-histamine to raise histamine levels
- Maca
- Horny Goat Weed
- Creatine
- Arginine
- Massive amounts of water
- Massive amounts of sleep
- Avoiding all porn and masturbation
- Taoist/Daoist approach of never ever ejaculating
- Walking or running
- Vegan diet
Of course, these things above may have helped men with other issues, but despite the endless promotion of some of these items by their respective fanatics, I must insist they have NOT helped me with this issue.
The *ONLY* things that may have helped me speed up ejaculation, albeit nominally, are:
- Doing the sex act earlier in the evening rather than after midnight (which is when she usually wants it, unfortunately).
- Not ejaculating in just the 48 hours prior to the event (going longer than that doesn’t really offer any cumulative effect).
- Edging (tugging/rubbing/stimulating penis without any release) during the 4 hours or so leading up to the event.
- Clearing my mind/Leaving behind any life worries (especially financial ones) before I’m with her.
I still believe the fault lies in body chemistry / receptor composition / endothelial function and if/when there is an actual pill that treats this directly (as of right now there isn’t, according to both my general doctor and my urologist) I will surely let people know on here, despite our being in the minority of men (supposedly most men’s problem is still premature ejaculation - the opposite of ours and something I can not relate to).
