Hi guys. I’m new here, but wondered if there was any followup from the original post. I’m trying to discover if I can produce some precum. Just ordered pygeum, but wondered what the other helpful supplements were. Yes, I plan on increasing water intake as well. Thanks! ~PN

I take pygeum, L Arginine, Maca, Horny Goat weed, Lecithin and L Lysine. Also, eat lots of celery or take celery seed from the spice aisle at the grocery store. You should get more precum as well as cumload.

Hi, Pygeum works for me, but one must take it for a few days before it has effect.

Lecithin must not be from soy beans, as soy increases female hormone estrogen.

All advice to increase precum will be welcomed, as precum is the best and most natural lubricant known to man.

I actually did try lecithin from my nearby CVS but I didn’t keep at it long enough for it to be measured. Over 6 weeks, taking 2 (1 morning, 1 at night, or 2 at night if I couldn’t take it in the morning) and while I didn’t notice much precum nor cum volume increase my veins seemed to have a different feeling to them. I still have the huge bottle of it but I haven’t touched as I soon discovered after buying that it was soy lecithin to be *avoiding* not getting since the fake-estrogen in the soy messes up your bio-chemistry as a male so in turn your testosterone levels can chemically & permanently alter (at least that’s how I remember and understand it).

Any how yeah if I go back at buying stuff for cum load increase, is the amazon bottles for wheat lecithin or whatever it is that isn’t soy-based any good? I saw only a few or maybe even just 2 bottles but they didn’t have many reviews.

I have used sunflower lecithin with some results.. But I have to be really hydrated if I take more than one capsule.. Really thickens my load.

My goal is to precum ropes when I edge or even before I cum.. Would be nice to just leak precum at work, reach down in my jeans and be able to bring a glob of sweet precum to my mouth to eat like a mid-day snack. I know I’ll need to learn how to "push out the precum" with kegels and stuff, so follow my journey! :) I am 22 years old, so I feel this would be a good starting point to track the effects.

I tried the granular Lecithin (now brand) combined with Pygeum and Saw palmetto and Maca. I already take generic mucinex pretty much every day because of allergy issues.

I didn’t find any change with lecithin intake with the below good results (ie, whether I took the lecithin or not, made no difference).

I did find eating celery stalks every day works to clarify the load, and doesn’t add sugar (like pineapple juice would) if you’re doing keto or 4-hour body like me.

Also, taking The pygeium/saw palmetto is good. I take one in the AM with one Maca, then in the PM, I take one Maca and then like 3-6 Pygeum/Saw Palmetto and BAM! it’s nuts. Tons of precum that is clear and tasty (wife says so) and the load is like a font.

I found that jacking up the maca during the evenings before sexy time doesn’t work and actually causes my EQ to drop… wierd…

I also found that taking Zinc caused my legs to hurt really badly when I took it as a supplement (it’s a known side effect of using too much zinc).

Anyway, happy to share my experience. Jacking up Pygeum/Saw Palmetto worked wonders with me. Celery intake every day works great.
