Insomnia Relief: All Natural
I have had issues with being able to fall asleep, stay asleep, and feel rested after a full nights sleep since the age of 13. When I was younger I would stay awake until 2 a.m. and be awake for school at 6 a.m. every day. Even when there was no school I remember adhering to those hours. Having served in the military my sleeping habits only got worse, much worse. It was not uncommon to go 6 days with less than three hours of sleep a nigh, then to sleep 12 or more on my one shift off when we were underway. I envy those who pass out before their heads hit the pillow. Due to my location the closest Veterans Affairs Medical Clinic is just too far away to see about getting a prescription to assist with sleep. Anyways, I have been using Melatonin and it has helped quite a bit. I made sure to not consume anything with caffeine in it within 10 hours of trying to sleep (unless I am going to the gym in the evenings, then it seems to not effect me as much) and that seemed to help out more.
But still I was not getting the quality of sleep I thought I needed. So thinking a little I altered how I was taking my Melatonin. Before It was 9 mg right before bed. Now I take 1 mg time release, 3 mg regular Melatonin supplement, and 3 mg Melatonin chew-able Fast Absorption for a total of 7 mg of Melatonin.
And that worked well for a few weeks.
Then it seemed as though I was having a hard time sleeping again.
At the local supplement store there was a homeopathic "Insomnia Relief" bottle on the shelf. I have been using it for about a week now and I have to say it is working quite well. Almost too well. Getting up in the morning is more difficult, but when I do get moving I definitely feel more rested. I haven’t been getting up in the middle of the night unable to fall asleep over the past couple of days. About half of the nights I would go to sleep I would get up to urinate after a sleep cycle and be unable to fall back asleep. Having a 3 hour sleep cycle and then not being able to fall back asleep really sucks. Not anymore since I have been using the Insomnia Relief drops. Now when I get up to use the bathroom I can fall back to sleep.
It’s all natural. All together I believe I have paid $30.00. Melatonin is suppose to help as an antioxidant not only in your brain, but in your penis as well.
If it is something you would like to try below are the links to each one for a total of 4:
Melatonin 3 mg - 180 Capsules | NOW Brand | Bulk Apothecary
Melatonin 3 mg - 180 Lozenges | NOW Brand Vitamins and Supplements
As for the insomnia drops, you can either take my word for the fact that this is the right stuff, or just look at the list of ingredients on the link and search the internet for something similar. There is no picture of the 2 oz. glass dropper bottle on the website. I bought the stuff at a local supplement store and the link is where they order the stuff through.
So to recap; I take the 1 mg time release and 3 mg capsules right before bed. I chew the 3mg lozenge right before bed. The drops (which the directions are on the bottle) have to be taken as follows: 10 under the tongue at noon, 10 one hour before sleep, and 10 right at bed time.
Hope this helps somebody.
