Is 20mg Cialis too much to start from?

I got some 20mg Cialis tablets but I don’t know if to start with a full one or brake one in two pieces, what would you reccomend?

It’s not like Viagra where first time users may have to reduce the initial dose. You should be able to take the full 20 mg without problems.

A friend of mine just gave me some generic cialis and some generic viagra, they’re both 20mg but I’m little afraid about using them, I’ll first try the cialis, do you think I can take one just to see what is the effect? any precaution to observe like not with alchool, or not with food… ?

With cialis just watch your alcohol intake. A little bit is ok, but don’t get drunk on cialis. 20mg should be fine. Experiment with it. I would start high, then gradually reduce the dose until you find what works for you. Cialis is pretty potent stuff.

I don’t usually drink so alchool is my latest problem, important is that there are non interactions with food or other things.
I’ll give it a try, maybe it’s helpful during PE routines (that I left for a month…) to keep erection and also to see if it looks fuller/bigger when under cialis effect ;-)

How much is Cialis per 20mg?

After my yearly physical my doctor gave me some free samples of 20 mg.Cialis to see if I liked it. He suggested cutting it in half which I did. I took it Friday afternoon and on Monday I was still getting rock hard erections when I desired. I like it better than Viagra because it causes me to have facial flush for less time and if you cut them in half it is approximately half of the cost of pharmacy grade Viagra.
I got a prescription for it on Tuesday. It works for me.

Thanks for your feedback big, i tried it twice, the whole 20mg tablet, one on saturday and one the next saturday and it worked fine besides some headache but the erections were amazingly hard and the effect lasted more than the two days people usually talsk about.

According to viagra.com "VIAGRA comes in 3 doses (25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg)", so I am not sure if you meant to say your freind gave you 20mg of Viagra… never heard of that. For me nothing less than 50mg works at all.

Now Cialis, that comes in standard 20mg doses. Or, if like many here you use the liquid stuff from a place like Kitnsmore, you have to convert it to ml, and 2/3 of a ml = a standard 20mg dose (in theory).
