Soy & Green Tea are probably the most estrogenic foods out there. While their anti-androgenic effects have not been profoundly demonstrated, I figure - why take chances? I avoid.

Zinc (which appears to act as an aromatase inhibitor in the prostate, lowering men’s estradiol levels), soy phytoestrogens, green tea, polyphenols in strawberries and other berries, lycopene and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) have also shown to protect against prostate cancer, and in some cases even reverse it. Finally, keeping the percentage of body fat as low as possible is itself a very effective preserver of a youthful hormonal profile and correct androgen/estrogen ratio.

Soy and green tea may be a bit estrogenic I don’t know, but if you have prostate issues your not going to get a very good erection and these phytonutrients help fight prostate issues. So then once the prostate issues are dealt with you can get a boner again!

I drink 2 cups a day and I actually feel like it s good for PE. When I do my sesion in the morning, I do it after drinking my coffee as it makes me feel more loose as coffee gives some form of awareness and I can concentrate more. Stretching works best for me when drinking coffee IMO, but I m sure 3-4 cups wouldn t be so good, probably counterproductive as goes with any exceses on that matter
