Is it cheaper to get supplements online or at a local store like Wal-Mart?

I was looking at some of the recommended supplements and I found some of them at the local Wal-Mart. The only three I remember seeing on Thunder’s was fish oil, flaxseed oil and L-arginine. I even found a flax oil (is that the same thing as flaxseed?) that contained omega 3 fatty acids.

L-arginine was $4 for 50 capsules 500 mg.

The flaxseed oil was 200 capsules 500 mg for about $10.

I’m simply trying to find the least expensive route for supplements and am asking if Wal-Mart is better than online.

It is probably easiest and most accurate to search for on line pricing yourself.

You can find almost anything cheaper on line than in your own town, even Walmart, if you look hard enough.

But for small price differences, I prefer the immediate satisfaction of a local store, and also the comfort of knowing the place where your purchase came from, if you have any problems.

Horny Bastard

If it’s any consolation, I was looking at a site that supposedly finds the cheapest price for the product you want, and L-arginine came back with $8 for 100 capsules at 500 mg. That means Wal-Mart is cheaper, because it was actually $3.97 at Wal-Mart and $8.07 + shipping online. That is promising and makes me happy that other items like fish oil and flax oil / flaxseed oil will also be cheap.
