No. The liquid C is a suspension, not a dissolved solid. The sediment is normal, and shaking is needed before each use to disperse the slurry. Chilling makes the solution more viscous, and probably improves shelf life, but precipitation of the solid is not an issue, as I said, because it is not meant to be soluble in the carrier liquid.
