Is PEG the best for powdered V and C?

Does liquid V have the same fast acting effect as the liquid C if mixed in PEG? Is the effect the same when mixed with water? I have tested liquid C from kitsnmore and can measure the powder accurately but I do not know if I should buy PEG to use with the powders.

FYI unitedjewelers at Electronics, Cars, Fashion, Collectibles & More | eBay sells cheap digital 10g scales with .001 precision for $65 and thats including the s/h. I bought one and just used it to measure out .1g of V… I licked the stick I used to scoop out the powder to weight it… AWFUL AWFUL TASTE :) I highly recommend never doing that. It dissolved fast in some warm water but it lacked the instant effects of the liquid C and I just shrugged it off as having been mixed too thin.

This is kind of off subject but does anyone else get completely and utterly annoying aches in the joints from taking liquid C? I had to take 2 extra strength tylenol just to get some zzz’s as I was tossing and turning like a madman and unable to sleep. I also feel really weak after taking it and kinda weak in the knees. I am hoping I will get useto it and that the sideeffects wont bother me so much when I use it.

When I first bought the scale I thought I would have to keep the weight centered in that "dish" on the platform used for weight measurment but I can place the 5g and 10g weights it comes with anywhere on that platform and the measurment only varies by .002g.
