It was around $1200 all in, including shipping and insurance. Alibaba is easy to use and has a price back quarantee that you get what you ordered. Took about 2 weeks, maybe a couple of days less. The user manual is emailed to you once you have received it. Supposedly makes the customs process quicker if there is no paperwork with the unit.

The unit comes with 5 different size treatment heads for the treatment wand. This head is really just a small metal piston that strikes your dick at a very high rate, creating and transmitting the shockwave. The ED treatment uses the second smallest. Size has to do with wave focus and propagation, as I understand it.

When I earlier had a gainswave treatment the dr did give me a numbing cream. My dick hates the numbing cream and turtles right up to nothing. I don’t think the treatment is painful, but can leave your dick a little red. I don’t use a numbing cream.

I did get some ultrasound gel from Amazon. This gel is not required for transmission of the shock wave, but does help the wand slide around on your dick. Gainswave also uses ultrasound gel. You do need to cover the wand head to keep the gel from getting into the wand. I didn’t for the first couple self treatments and then realized it was getting inside and creating a mess. I now use a condom for this.

Excellent. Back in July I had a single Gainswave treatment as a 12 month “refresher” treatment. Even with just the 1 treatment I had a positive response which cemented in my mind that this needed to be an ongoing activity. Thus I decided to purchase my own machine. My situation is different from yours in that I am combating ED, but in a broad sense we are both looking for a better dick.

Forget BPOTENT … they had a shockwave device for $1000 shipped … but just returned my money for having “overseas supplier” issues.

I am toying with the idea of going for the stem cell and Gainswave therapy in one visit to a clinic in Miami in May.. The plan is to drive down there.. Spend the night.. Get the treatments the next morning.. Cost of the Stem Cell is $4000.. But the stem cell treatment is better than half a dozen gainswave and PRP treatments.
