I use the Citrulline Malate from Primaforce you can buy on Amazon. I’m on my fourth or fifth container at this point over the last year or two. I had read over and over about how it was a better, distilled down version of L-Arginine.
I’ve tried AAKG several times and I thought it was pretty good stuff, but I’ve found that Citrulline is just a little better. I’m often firming up with it or getting full flaccid’s with it more regularly throughout the day than with AAKG (which I still would recommend). I’ve tried just straight L-Arginine plenty of times with pills or powders and I think it comes down to brand/quality/quantity to see any results with it. This is what you’ll hear in body building forums too. They will also recommend pairing with with L-Lysine (in the evening) to help with muscle synthesis.
Also, if you want a crazy cocktail, Citulline seems to supercharge Viagra (can’t speak to the other forms of ED meds) in my experience. But it helps when it has been in your system for a couple weeks. Also, I will note that you can kinda plateau with this stuff, so you have to cycle off of it for a few weeks.
Really though, I think other people are dead-on in that if you want to be fuller more often, working out to help blood flow, which helps your testosterone and circulatory system, then combined with some of support of an Arginine product ends up giving you noticeable results.
I don’t post much, nor do I do very much PE work, if ever anymore, but this is an area I’ve seen results in so I figured I’d mention something.
