L-arginine in the UK

Has anyone in the UK tried anything other than L-arginine at Holland & Barrett? I take one pill every day to increase my sperm volume, but I find that I just ejaculate a translucent watery goo with traces of sperm. Is there anything I can do to improve the whitening of the semen?

There’s loads of companies all over the internet selling tablets of one sort or another to do this. I have never tried any but if you dig deeper you can find info on their ingredients. You will probably find Lecithin will help. It’s available in Holland & Barrett’s too. If you want to improve the flavour drink Pineapple juice.
