L- Arginine new dick

I’ve taken the Arginine 1000mg tabs from NOW vits and minerals. I take 2 of the 1000mg tabs prior to my morning coffee and snack breakfast.

I began taking it to help with my carpal tunnel problem in my left arm/hand. As it sits now,,,after about a non-routine of taking the Arginine. No more tingling/numbness! The results kinda slipped up on me.

I also believe it helps with my taking Cialis…seems to perhaps help there.

So, definitely, is L-arginine worth for cock health? If so, is it correct to start with 2 x 500mg a day on empty stomach and increase on weekly base? When do you take an off time not to get used to it (if it does cause habit)?

Sounds good DonG starting with 1000mg daily. The 7 on 2 off is also a good routine I think.

I can’t afford arginine so I take about 4 tablespoons of peanut butter I think that’s is about 2100mg per day. Peanut butter is also high in lysine. I think this amount yields approximately 3000mg.

I am on a low carb diet which helps with diabetes but beings I don’t like low calories the peanut butter helps to increase it back up to about 2000 calories per day. I only consume between 120-200 grams of carbs per day. I do believe 350 is normal for me so I have to make up a 400 calorie deficit with a healthy fat.

Oh yes arginine lowers blood pressure and blood sugar.

Never thought of peanut butter as having alot of Arginine/Lysine??

Will try that. Notice the pb has about 200calories per Tablespoon…not bad as I’m starting a CHF low salt low calorie diet of sorts.

CHF as in congested heart failure, or chronic heart failure?

Are all great supplements to take for CHF I should know had a bad bout with it a couple of years ago. You should start a walking program build up slowly to a half hour per day, 4-5 days per week.

You guys need to understand that arginine - proper amounts of it via a diet (supplementation if needed) - is an important part of the chemical process of the male erection. Guys who take arginine and find themselves with stiff erections most likely were deficient in this amino acid in their diet. It’s not anymore of an erection ‘cure’ than the other important nutrients needed for the erection process. It’s a building block, not a salve.

One important area of the diet that has to be analyzed is proper protein intake. This is a HUGE part of arginine intake.

Yes I agree, an other agent that increase or stimulate nitrous oxide is ginko biloba. An increase in protein does make for good wood.

So,
Given that my “diet” (if it can be called a diet) is, to be gentle, horrible I figure it out I need to add nutrients via supplementation (being italian and living with a woman who works is a simple equation to understand that our primary source of nutrients are carbs.), where do you suggest to find L-arginine (in Italy it’s way much more expensive than in the EU or USA) at a reasonable price to give it a try?
My opinion is that to get a better sexual health one should get first back to better habits meaning healthy diet and sport (things that I both don’t make since very long time :-( )
