L-arginine stockists in the UK?

Hey guys. Basically I know you can get it from Holland & Barrat and GNC but it’s extortionate as they only sell 500mg capsules (although you *might* be able to buy 1g capsules online from GNC). But, I was wondering if you know of any stockists in the UK who sell the pure powder? It would save a hell of a lot of money and I would start taking it on a regular basis. Thanks for any info!

Thanks bb. But that formula only provides 500mg of l-arginine per capsule so it still works out expensive. Does nobody know of any places that sell the pure powder, even perhaps US based that deal internationally?

Depends on the cost. They’ll add VAT at 17.5% and the PO will add £4 handling (assuming standard air mail).

They shouldn’t really add anything because VAT is not chargable on these types of goods in the UK, I think they count as food stuffs.

As a general rule I’ve found that everything gets through okay unless it is a carrier like UPS/FedEx etc who check and declare absolutely everything. Standard mail seems problem free, usually taking 7 days or less.

Ok cool. What’s your experience with the powder compared to the capsules? Read a post somewhere this morning that the powder, albeit cheaper, doesn’t seem as potent. It was suggested that perhaps it doesn’t keep as long in a pure powder form.

I haven’t used arginine personally, but I would have thought that if you cap it as soon as you get it, then you’d be okay. 1fast400 also sells the cap-m-quik device.
