We’ll have him reading labels and calculating dosages of EPA / DHA in no time. What is it, EPA + DHA should = 500 per 1000 Mg dose (or more)? I’m taking four of these in the morning and four at night with a Carlson’s Super DHA 500 Mg as well.
The Arginine / Ornithine supplement is probably fine, but the NoX 3000 is a bit more, both in bio-availabilty, and definitely a higher and more effective dose, but… you can't skimp on the water.
Garlic is also good to eat.
These things would conspire with fish oil to greatly improve your cardio- capacity, among other things… I’m just saying.
You would notice a difference in both suplements if you were to, oh, I don’t know…change a little. Not that you want that or anything.
You can also wean yourself of the caffeine slowly to avoid severe withdrawl. Week One: one scoop decaf / five scoops regular. Week Two: two scoops decaf / four scoops regular. Week Three: 3 & 3, etc. fine tuning daily to avoid the headaches. There’s also Advil.
Water, fresh OJ…exercise. Your energy will be high in no time
