My first experience on cialis

yesterday evening I took a tablet of 20mg cialis, I went bed already tired and I was in the wait for effects but I fell asleep after a short while. By 3 o’ clock I woke up with a terrible hard on, I didn’t experience an hard on like that since long time, also the size seemed increased and even after I came it kept hard for a short while (maybe I got no sexual drive yet otherwise hard on could have lasted longer). I woke up next morning with same very hard on and in sun light it really seemed bigger…
now I’m experiencing some head ache but probably it comes from a general sickness state (maybe flu) but what now I ask myself is “why was it so long I didn’t get such an hard on?”. I know that probably the cause is, partially, a state of anxiety I have while I’m with girls (the usual performance anxiety) but it can’t just be that, now I would like to know what is cialis supplying to my body that wasn’t working before.
I’m “only” 37 and I took it for fun, just to see the effects, so, I don’t think I’ll use it on regular basis but I have to admit that the effect was nice :-)
Now I suspect, from other symptoms, that I could suffer from little diabetes, could that have side effects on erections?

Diabetes is a factor in MANY ed cases bro.

If you have diabetes you should see a physician now before it gets worse.

Don’t assume it is diabetes without testing. Many factors could affect your drive. Overweight, prostate, lower testosterone than normal at 37yrs old, smoking, other medications you are taking, life events (stress), and the list goes on. I am 47, and first experienced the symptoms when I was about your age, with me it was smoking, weight, and stress. All curable without meds

By the way, the headache, and body ache is normal, and after using C a few times, becomes almost unnoticable.

I give nothing for granted so until I don’t do any checkups nothing is granted but my father was telling me that in our family there were diabete cases. there are symptoms about it like general tiredness state or, when i take high doses of sugar (like coffee with double sugar dose) I experience something like a quick blood pressure raise (I don’t know how to explain, sorry).
this given I don’t smoke, not much overweigth (5-7 kilos lees I would be in optimum weigth), not too old yet at 37, doing sports but also in constant stress state.
now what I would like to know is, what cialis supplies to my body that it (body) can’t produce itself?
I want to try it again because I’m also curious to see if it really becomes bigger when in that state as it seemed like that…
however, my first experience was brief also because i got a flu on that day.

Cialis relaxes what is called “smooth muscle” tissue in your penis. When it relaxes, as a result of certain effects on PDE5 receptors, blood flows in when stimulation occurs or during sleep, as occurred with you. Noctural erections are often longer/thicker than conscious, sexual ones.

Although you’re not old yet (what’s “old,” anyway?) you are at an age when a lot of guys begin to notice changes.

See your doctor, get a general check up. Drop the extra 14 lbs you are carrying (being overweight increases the odds of getting diabetes) and you will be glad you did all that.

I know that following some basic rules helps, I already lost some weigth (from 85 to 80 kilos) and would like to slowly go down to 76-77 but a problem to a knee now is not allowing me to go run.

I’ll also do a check up just to make sure about the general healt state.

However the effect of cialis was nice, I’ll retry it now that I have no any other issue like the flu I had then, I also think that some psycho effect comes in the game, did ever someone tested people with real medicine and placebo?

I also have some 20mg blue pills, viagra, what’s the main difference between the two?

I found that the effect of the 20mg cialis starts after a couple hours and lasts about 24 hours meaning that it really works as writtent somewhere, as soon as you need it it comes up hard and lasts also after you reach climax.

On the bad side the headache isn’t funny but it’s worth the pain ;-)
