Natural Oils That Do Not Block DHT

Natural Oils That Do Not Block DHT

Hi I am looking for a natural oil to use for lube that does not block DHT, thank you for any advice.

Anyone have any insight, I feel this is an important aspect of PE since DHT is supposed to help with penis growth.

Any thoughts anyone?

Moved to supplement area in the hopes you will get a better response here.

Awesome thanks bhcentral

I’m not clued up on supplements, so I did a google search. There is a lot out there that promotes inhibition of DHT, that’s a starting point I guess. Most people stay away from the promotion of DHT as it is linked to baldness in males.

Other than that I don’t know! If I read anything I will get back to you :)

Thanks CeyLong ya your right it is linked to baldness but it is also supposed to be good for you as well in other aspects like it is supposed to help with penis growth I’m leaning towards almond oil but it seems even that has studies showing it blocks dht.

I’ve not done too much searching, but I did find this:

Has anyone by any chance found more info on what does and doesnt block dht?

Great question!

I have been thinking about this myself for a while. It is specific fatty acids that block the 5ar enzyme which converts T to DHT, I think all do to some extent so it would be a matter of avoiding the worst ones.

Inhibition of steroid 5 alpha-reductase by specific aliphatic unsaturated fatty acids. - PMC

Alpha linoleic and Gamma Linoleic were the best natural fatty acids at inhibiting alpha 5 reductase from making DHT from T. Linoleic, Oleic, Linolenic also inhibited alpha 5 reductase.
