NO2 or Ornithine

I’ve been reading a lot about each of these on the forums. I’m really looking for something to allow me to get erections very easily. I’m only 21 but I’d like to allow myself to get erections from just thinking about sex. And I want to get the most firm erection I can get. I’ve started to eat healthier and take more vitamins and supplements but I think I need more. I just started taking L-Arginine for the past week and it seems to work pretty well. Hopefully it will have more of an effect as the weeks go by.

But what my main point is.. Should I purchase NO2 or Ornithine. I heard the arginine/ornithine combo is pretty good but I’m not sure how good it really is. I don’t want to waste my money on Ornithine if NO2 happens to be better. A main concern is money, I’m just a poor college student. So that being said should I try Ornithine or NO2? How do they compare? I don’t go to the gym or anything so NO2 isn’t necessary for that reason.

(I know this belongs in Supplements, but I’m a newb here and can’t post there apparently.)

NO2, aka nitrogen dioxide, a corrosive red gas in equilibrium with dinitrogen tetraoxide, aka NTO? What does that have to do with PE? It’s an extermely strong oxidizer with a long history of use in liquid fueled rockets and very, very corrosive shit.

He isn’t talking chemistry, he’s talking supplements.

Nox2 (or NO2) is an Arginine supplement sold in stores like GNC or The Vitamin Shoppe used by bodybuilders as a vaso-dilator.

This vaso-dilation can also have the effect of causing firmer erections.

There are many variations on this product.

I like this one .

It’s just that I’ve heard NO2 isn’t exactly good for you after a while. And I’m not sure if I want to spend that much on it if I don’t even know how much it improves erections. Is 35 bucks really going to give me those really stiff erections easily?

NO2 is nitric oxide. It is naturally occurring in the human body and as Mr. Happy said, is involved in vasodilation. The amino acid arginine has been shown to be involved in the chemical pathway that generates NO2. Ntric oxide booster supplements are just arginine or some form of it arginine alpha keto glutarate for example).

I am now on my first test of an NO2 supplement and I think it may in fact have a positive effect on my erection.

Horny Bastard

The supplement NO2 (a misnomer) is l-Arginine, alpha-keto glutarate, and a blend of alkaline compounds that supposedly give a time-release. The supplement is designed to increase nitric oxide (NO).

Alpha-keto glutarate is converted to arginine, and so is ornithine. Citruline is also converted to arginine, and several other amino acids are as well.

I really can’t say what would be better, but keep those things in mind. If you are really having erection difficulties, try liquid cialis. It kills any arginine supplement out there and you aren’t at risk for cold-sores (which is also a concern if you have sex with someone carrying genital herpes).

Five tablespoons of peanut butter offers the same amount as one of those great big gigantic arginine pills.

Ginko biloba a much smaller capsule and cheaper increases the bodies pent up stores of nitrous oxide igsisting in the corpus cavernosa of the penis. It will set you back 8$ but they say it works great, I’m taking it to lower my blood pressure.

I thought of that later,However it is a healthy fat, good for the heart, better keep the dose down to two tablespoons though.

Ginko has no calories, better choice for those of us who are financially strapped.

Gensing is also good for wood,so is green tea.

I’ve tried ginkgo and ginseng and I don’t think they have much of an effect. I’m starting to think my probably has more to do with testosterone anyways. This last week I cut out all saturated fats and whatnot thinking that it would improve circulation and give better erections. Although it did seem to help, my libido seemed to lower and when I was with my girl I couldn’t even get hard.

I think I will eat some peanut butter actually. It helps increase testosterone, right?

Do you exercise?

Fat intake will assist in testosterone production. Since all steroids are synthesized from acetate, which comes form the breakdown of fats.

I don’t exercise much. I do maybe 30 minutes of walking a day. And do 100 push-ups every other day just to stay a little in shape. But not much more than that.

I would try to improve my exercise regiment; I think it would have a bigger effect on test levels than diet modifications alone.

What exactly should I do? I’m not exactly a gym kinda guy.
