In my ongoing quest to shoot loads like Peter North, I’ve found that I have two issues.
1. The amount of ejaculate
2. The force and distance I can shoot.
1. It seems like L-Arginine and lots of water has helped somewhat. It’s not been all that consistent, but it’s better than before for me.
2. I’ve been trying to do kegels every day for about 15-20 minutes but I still dribble out and not shoot. I used to shoot pretty far when i was young.
Do you guys know about Roplex or Ogoplex? They claim to dramatically increase semen output. If I try those, should I quit the L-Arginine just to see if one works better than the other?
Is there any risk of harmful interaction?
