Pomegranate Juice

Eating organic, healthy food in balanced portions is the best thing you can do for yourself and your cock. I wince every time I pull out my check card at Whole Foods, but when I think of all the simply “non-food” stuff that I would normally be ingesting with conventional items of the same type, I’m happy to spend the money. POM is great juice. I love fresh fruit and juices, so I tend to switch them out every couple of weeks. Most all not-from-concentrate juices are great for you, so enjoy. Personally, I always have Lakewood Organics Pineapple and Naked Juice’s Mango blend. POM, Goji, Mangosteen, and others I switch out now and then for new flavors.

Depends. Many aren’t so enthusiastic about fruit juice of any kind. For the volume it is usually quite high in calories which are usually from fructose (you know, the stuff used to sweeten Pepsi), you don’t get the fiber or other possible goodness contained in the pulpier parts, and so on.

As someone mentioned earlier, wasn’t the whole deal here a possible association between antioxidants and better wood? There are many sources of antioxidants. Recently I had occasion to look up the antioxidant value of prunes (don’t ask), and was surprised. These aren’t necessarily the sites I found, but they are the best I can pull up with a quick search:

20 High Antioxidant Foods

Here’s my opinion for what it’s worth. I try to eat healthy, even if it doesn’t always work out that way.

But I do take vitamins every day, and I do enjoy pomegranate juice. Having said that, I don’t drink it every day. I don’t feel that it’ll make a HUGE difference getting the vitamins in other ways. I know how much food products costs. I’ve been in the supermarket business for a couple of years now.

Although I do believe that pomegranate juice can be beneficial, I don’t feel that it’s a “super” fruit. Putting out a lot of articles about it’s benefits is just good marketing. A 16 oz. bottle of POM juice costs more then a 64 oz. bottle of orange juice. Orange juice is very healthy as well. (I’m sure as good or even better then pomegranate juice in SOME ways) The companies that make pomegranate juice know that they have to stress the point that it’s really good for you in order for their product to sell.

But my prediction is that the price will of pomegranate juice will go down a great deal when other companies start to produce it. It’s just a matter of time imo.

Ok guys so after almost 2 weeks of dropping all supplements and only drinking this juice daily, I have more rock hard erections now than ever before. Whether this is placebo or not, I really could care less. I love this juice!

I’m glad it’s working for you. Maybe you needed a detox from all the supplements also?

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

Dino you may be absolutely right, I have found in the past that cycling supplements is key and that I will probably get better benefits out of them if I do. Hopefully though this pomegranate will have an effect on it. And as I said, even if it doesn’t he he I’m still loving it.

I’ve post this before:

I’ve included the juice in my diet about 8 ounces daily. Not for the blood flow since I hadn’t heard about it but for the antioxidants. So did a little Google search and found the following:

"Pomegranate juice has been shown to work well as a blood thinner. Some research has shown it may be an excellent agent for promoting blood flow to the heart. It also has been shown to reduce plaque in the arteries, and to raise “good” levels of cholesterol while helping lower “bad” cholesterol."

This link says it good for the heart:

Besides the above I also drink cranberry, blueberry and orange juice.
I drink at least a gallon of water a day so I use the juices to add flavor and for better health.
