Jelqing et al are still not without risk. Clamping is still considered a pretty extreme form of PE too. The difference is that many have tried these and some get results, despite the exact mechanisms being unknown. What hordsedick99 proposed has been shot to pieces by a bunch of guys as previously stated. It’s risky with no kind of support under it.
