Protein Powder in Canada

After looking at some of the deals on sites in the states, I’ve been trying to find comparable prices in Canada, to no avail. I’m just wondering if anyone here from Canada knows of any deals. I don’t have any preference for brand or flavour, and the best deal I’ve found so far is 6 lbs for $50.

bodybuilding.com ships internationally, and has some decent deals on protein. I checked, and the one I recommended in the other thread does not ship outside the US. :(

As I’ve said before, you could always take a trip across the border. If you’re a Costco member they have good deals on whey protein, or at least the Seattle area stores do.

I don’t know where you are in BC, but maybe we arrange an exchange. I’ll get you a few pounds of protein powder, you get me a few bottles of Canadian cough syrup and tylenol with codeine. We could meet in Bellingham. Hey, RWG, want to take a road trip?

That would be a great idea Ike, only problem is I’m moving to Saskatchewan for school on Saturday :( I live like 5 minutes from the border in Abbotsford, BC (Right now a least), and Bellingham is like a 25 min drive. I usually go down south once or twice a month at least for either stuff I can’t get in Canada or smokin’ deals on Cigars at the Trading post in Anacortes.

I’m a big snacker (cookies), and i have started substituting some of my

snacks with a protein drink instead of the carbs. Does anybody see a downside to this ?

Do you work out? If not, the only downside I could see would be you wasting your money. Also, it’s been said before: make sure you drink lots of water with your protein, otherwise you might get an upset stomach (it’s happened to me a few times)
