Did you lower your dosage or did you just put up with the side effects until they went away? What is you usual dose now?

I just put up with it until they went away. I take 20 mg every two days. Sometimes I will take a little “bump” if I know for sure I’m going to be getting some action. By a “bump” I mean an extra 10 mg in between my regular dosage.

20 sounds good to me, I appreciate it. How often do you get the heartburn, that seems to be the most annoying side effect. I think I got it after my initial 8 mg dose, but nothing after 25 mg, weird.

We all have varied side effects for sure!

Try taking a small dose (10mg) every day, or whats a small dose for you. Once it’s in your system, the sides tend to lessen after a fairly short time.

Perhaps you may be getting a larger dose than you think? If using grain alcohol or vodka as a suspending agent, you might be getting uneven dispersal of the tadalafil powder. PGA or vodka isn’t viscous enough to suspend it. I dunno, just an idea. Or perhaps using 10mg every day instead of 20mg every other day would be better. 10mg everyday would give you lower peak plasma levels, but the same steady-state (average) levels as 20mg every other day.

The idea is: to get the tadalafil into your system in low dosages as to avoid those “at times very negative side effects” ! Once it’s in your system, the side effects tend to subside and you can schedule your dosages to better suit you.

As mentioned earlier, I think the Air-Sealed tadalafil may be a little weak. Consequently I increased my mix to one and a half grams to fifty milliliters of vodka. I take a one milliliter dose. Seems to work great and I have experienced no back or leg pain. Also, the straight vodka rather than a mix of vodka and water seems to suspend much better, with a little shake.

Yes, the straight vodka is better than mixing with water. Just immediately pull your dose from halfway down from the bottle.
Your not the only one that has mentioned the bulk.airsealed tadalafil powder to be somewhat weak “they mentioned it to be about half the quality as the usual”. But hell, at that price “10grams @ $83.00”.

Siva, thanks for the info on Ora-Plus. I see there’s also a premixed version of Ora-Plus and Ora-Sweet (50/50) called Ora-Blend.

How do you think this would compare with using propylene glycol? Or maybe a propylene glycol and vodka mix? I guess the Ora-* stuff is preserved in some way.

I’ve just received the Liquid C from Cemproducts. It came with a syringe that reads from 1/2 to 3 ml. I’m confused as to how much of the solution should go into the syringe for a single dose. Can someone please shed some light on this? Thanks so much.

First, how much you wish to take for your first dose ?
If it’s your first time using tadalafil, I’ll start at a low dosage. Say, 10mg-15mg? So, pull 1/3 - 1/2 ml.
Yes, pull just on the underside of the minimum on the syringe “1/2 ml”.

If I get side effects again I’ll stick with 10 mg per day. Thanks guys.
