Results so far and fish oil

Ok, so I did PE and Traction for a few weeks. Then had to take some time off.
I’ll start again next week and then break for a week.

I hope that after that I’ll be able to PE without interruption for the summer, at least.

I’ve noticed that my erections are MUCH harder.

Flaccid length and girth are consistently larger.

Maybe a week, or two, break is good?

Fish oil:

I bought some fish oil caps the other day and popped one on my cock for a lubrication, and for it’s “healing” properties.
Blech!! It stinks!!

I don’t recommend it for the smell, but is it really worth it?

A break can be good but taking a break after a few weeks is rather soon, take a break after a couple of months.

:rolling: You should swallow fish oil caps, not use them as lubrication.

If you’re going to cut open pills for lubrication and healing properties, use vitamin E capsules.

Fish oil is expensive. But I guess one capsule should be enough to lubricate with. Anyways, I haven’t heard of fish oil being used this way. Obviously because most people can’t stand the smell.

Anyways, I swallow one miserable capsule a day. I guess about 3,000mg of EFA and DFA?

Your hair and face might look better and shinnier. Your blood vessels should be slippier allowing fat to not clog your artries. Its brain food too.

Drink lots of water and this will make your skin better. Water also detoxifies the body.

If you want to try stronger stuff, I heard of Krill oil. Its suppose to be nutritionally better than fish oil. Unlike fish oil, it doesn’t have mercury.

Don’t worry about the mercury. Your bottle should have seal or its pharmecutical quality.

Caught me.

Multiple Benefits of Krill

Neptune Krill Oil™ has many benefits. Unlike fish oil products, Neptune Krill Oil™ doesn’t contain dangerous levels of mercury or lead, doesn’t go rancid quickly and has a clean, fresh taste.

Your killing me.
I heard prunes are great.

Don’t know if they’re independtly verified.

Only refined, molecularly distilled prunes. All the others are way too contaminated.

Seems amazing.

Hemp Oil is just one of Nature’s great miracles – made up of 75-90% Essential Fatty Acids, it has all the Omegas (3-6-9) and the rare GLA (GammoLineic Acid). All these help to prevent clogged up arteries and heart disease and they help to maintain healthy blood levels too!

Hemp Oil also contains Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and E (an antioxidant) as well as all the Amino Acids and supports both cell metabolism and the immune system.

In addition to helping to lower cholesterol (an increasingly important consideration for us all), Hemp Oil also encourages weight loss – particularly those spare tyres.
Found to be very beneficial in the treatment of skin disorders eg. Eczema and Psoriasis, people are also finding it helpful in relieving Arthritis.

“Its unusually well balanced profile means that one could use it for a lifetime without ever suffering EFA deficiency.”
- Udo Erasmus in ‘Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill’

“While borage oil or evening primrose oil may be the best source of Omega 6 and fish oil the best source of Omega 3, Hemp Oil has the best ratios of both.”
- Patrick Holford in ‘The Optimum Nutrition Bible’

More about Hemp…..
It’s worth knowing too that the Hemp plant grows environmentally friendly by nature (needing no pesticides or fertilisers). Apart from the oils, proteins and carbohydrates obtained from the hemp seed, the plant also produces non-tearing fibres for rope, clothing and paper, shavings for chipboard, insulation material and animal litter. With sufficient biomass, Hemp can even be used for fuel!

Damn, my batch is stamped Thursday. Thanks, Thunder. I’ll pitch the rest.

Hemp oil is a good source of omega-3’s, but it doesn’t provide the EPA and DHA present in fish oil.

Controversy exists over the average person’s ability to convert omega-3 oils into EPA and DHA. Some say the percentage of conversion is in low single digits. Studies in some groups place it considerably higher.

My opinion is if you want EPA and DHA, you should take them directly, which means fish oil. No need for super megadoses. If you want to bump up omega-3 consumption beyond that, go for hemp oil, flax oil, etc.
