I saw in some other threads people talking about skin lightening creams as a result of discoloration caused by certain PE techniques, such as clamping.

Is that what people on here use it for?

Or would it also be good for circumcision scars or a general discoloration of the penis? Because I have a faint scar and some darker skin on the underside of my penis. Similar to a birthmark.

Okay. Didn’t look at the date of his post at the time. Just had my focus on the problem. Would really like to get rid of this discoloration and continue on with the P.E. program.

I think the problem is related to bruising rather than pigmentation, so I don’t think hydroquinone will work. I use hirudoid, arnica and vitamin K cream, which keeps the discolouration in check.

Genitals do get more pigmentation than other body parts. So I think hydroquinone would still make your member look more the same tone as the rest of your body even if part of pe discoloration is bruising rather than hyperpigmentation. Also, “trauma” does cause hyperpimentation in and of itself. I believe adding a retinoid increases the effectiveness of hydroquinone too.
