I have tried L-Arginine before, but only in the 0.5 to 1 gram range.

Right now I’m taking Tongkat Ali. I’ve only been on it a couple of weeks, but I think it has helped. When I stop taking the TA, I’ll switch to L-Arginine but increase the dosage this time around.

Protein, glutamine, creatine, and L-arginine. I doubt they would be beneficial to PE, but they sure work on the muscles. Also, multivitamins.
