After reading around for a bit I’ve decided to start this regimen:

Twice a day:
Lecithin 1200mg
L arginine 500mg
L lysine 500mg
Pygeum 50mg

Once a day:
Zinc 50mg
Saw palmetto 450mg

I also take a daily multivitamin, a hair skin and nails vitamin, and a daily low dose cialis.

I’ll update this in a few weeks with results

Yes, zinc is good for that. Don’t take on an empty stomach, though.

Is that a typo in the pygeum dose? I take 2000mg every day. Mine have 500 mg in each capsule.
