As for the recipe: I used fresh nettles, chopped them, fried some onion and garlic, put the nettles in and added water to have something like a stew. Salt, pepper, whatever you like for seasoning. Didn’t cook them too long, maybe 15 minutes, until the color of the leaves changes.

After that I added some yoghurt. That’s how they prepare e.g. spinach soup here. You could also blend it. It’s not really tasty, nor ugly, just tasting “healthy”. Whether there is an effect on EQ or not, it’s a high end and cheap source of mineral and vitamins and does some detox.

I think there is a great difference in making an infusion from dried nettle or eating the very herbs in a dish from fresh plants. Btw, the “fruits” are said to be most effective for EQ.

I use nettles on my nipples and find it very arousing but I cannot get nettles where I live at the moment so I am looking for alternative along the lines of creams and balms such as Tiger balm and Icy Hot and even toothpaste. I have tried all of these and while they do give some of the sensations of nettles they do not seem strong enough.
