Super dosing L-arginine
Ok so I’ve skimmed through the holy grail and tried nearly everything recommended in the thread but I always come back to L-arginine as the clear winner in increasing load size. Recently I read from a reputable supplement guide that L-arginine can be dosed not only at 1-5g but as high as 20g a day. This has me curious, has anyone else experimented with such a high dose? I can only assume the results would be very impressive.
