Super supplement shake

Super supplement shake

I’m thinking of putting all of the following in a blender and mixing it all up (all of the supplements are in powdered form):

Bacopa Monnieri (Brahmi)
Ashwagandha
Panax Ginseng
Gingko Biloba
Chlorella
Spirulina
Rhodiola Rosea
Maca
Ginger
Coconut milk
Milk
Maybe some fruits, maybe not

Do you think it’s OK to mix up all of the supplements? I think it’s a nice mix and I haven’t thought of any conflcts between them and if I can take them all at once it would save me some hassle. :)

Would you add or remove something?
Basically, what do you think about this? :)

RE-RE-Started (21.03.2024): 5.5" BPEL, 4.5" MSEG

Current: 5.5" BPEL, 4.7" MSEG

Current Goal: 6.6" BPEL, 5.3" MSEG -- Long Term Goal: 7.1" BPEL, 5.5" MSEG

Why aren’t you buying a premixed supplement? It is usually cheaper just to buy something already made and you can find some with most of the ingredients listed along with other vitamins and nutrients. Plus, its a hassle to mix your own.

Bpel: 7.625

Mseg: 5.125

FSL: 8.125

It looks expensive and a wild goose chase to find that stuff. I’d rather find some reasonably priced pills that work than go through with all that production.

My current dimensions: flaccid: 8" x 6.5" erect: 9.5" x 7.125" glans: soft length:1.825" soft diameter 1.65" firm length:2.286" firm diameter:1.90"

Goal: flaccid: 9" x 7" (.1" length .5" girth) erect: 10" x 8" ( .5" length 1" girth) glans: soft length: 2.25" soft diameter: 2" firm length: 2.5" firm diameter: 2.25"

Ultimate goal: flaccid: 10" x 8" erect: 11.5" x 9.75" glans: soft length: 2.5" soft diameter: 2.25" firm length: 4" firm diameter: 3" In other words: A big, fat elephant cock!

You must have access to some Chinese herb shop or something. I guarantee you have created a unique blend and I am not even going to try and recreate it.

What is this creation supposed to do for you?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Bacopa Monnieri (Brahmi) memory
Ashwagandha nervous system mainly spine
Panax Ginseng libido and nervous system
Gingko Biloba bllood paques
Chlorella
Spirulina vitammB
Rhodiola Rosea arthritis,nervous system
Maca superfood
Ginger antimflammatory and antinausea
Coconut milk skin but may be fattening
Milk good medium to mix things
Maybe some fruits, maybe not yes may be

Do you think it’s OK to mix up all of the supplements? Yes may be OK but is it to improve your libido or for general healthtonic?

Blue eye, blonde latino

Flak, two reasons - I don’t trust them (does a sandwich cost less money than the total of it’s ingredients?) and I don’t think I’d find something that specific.

7inchesSoft, I’ve done my research with local shops, it would cost some money, yes, but it’s all easily obtainable from a single vendor, who works entirely with bio/super foods.

gpent and sricardo, the Maca is mostly for libido. The Gingko is there mostly because many people claim it enhances the effects of Ginseng (and it’s pretty damn cheap). The rest are there for general health, concentrating mostly on improving cognition and memory (the Rhodiola Rosea seems to have. I don’t know if most of those things will have an effect on a 23 y/o, as many of the benefits of the mind-enhancing supplements seem to be in people experiencing cognitive decline.
If you think I should add or remove something - share. :p I'd appreciate any advice overall. My goals are, as I said, a higher libido and besically feeling better (more energetic, with a brighter mind, etc.). :)

P.S. sricardo, I’ve never been more than 145 pounds and I go to the gym 3 times per week, so my metabolism will handle the coconut milk, I think.
P.P.S. I’m also thinking of supplementing Zinc, Fish Oil, Echinacea, St. John’s Wort and D3. Not in powdered form however.

Honestly at your age you may use little or few ingredients like the above, mind you only 23 year of age What do you expect at your age is unrreasonable.
Many of the hearbs are right except that much of the stuff you take is redundant to your needs.
Ginko is nice to take a much older age say 45 plus and so is Gingseng unless you doing strong workouts same for rhodiola these herbs can be contradictory at your age
Ashagandha if fresh can have a positive effect giving you more enegy if you take mid afterrnoon.
Cocount milk you do not need find cocunut oil instead just a teaspoon will do ealy in he morning.
Zinc you do not need thee is enough zinc in food such as nuts.
Fish oil is reported to be good but watch out for origin much of it may contains unusual levels of mercury . Checkout your conurty requeiremtns for importation and processing of fish oils.
Echinace a it ebeneits are not quite known.
D3 is good but so there are many vitamins
St John Wort is a commonhearbmuch like rhodila commonly found in many paddock in Europe
Unless you have specific complaints I would refrain of becoming which I am not .
