Hope this helps, I am not an expert on this stuff by any means but have used L - Arginine and done some basic research on it (precursor of nitric oxide, enhancement of GH production, etc)
1. How often should I take a 1000mg ( L - Arginine) pill a day?
Most guys need 3-5 grams per day to do any of the following: spike GH production, enhance productivity and recovery of workouts, increase splouge loads. Everyones body is different and you will need to experiment and tweak how much you take. Diarrhea, weakness and nausea are signs that you are taking too much. Take a small dosage for one week, note the benefits and the side effects, and increase the dosage until the benefits are maximized and the side effects minimized. Over time the two will converge and you will hit the optimal dose. This process is similar to “receptor mapping” for bodybuilders who use insulin and steroids.
2. Should I take it before or after my workouts?
A couple of guys have told you what they do in this regard. When I used L-arginine I drank a cup of warm water with 5g before going to bed or before sex. Right before or after a work out could be tricky as it would conflict with your “window of opportunity” for loading up on carbs/protein as L-arginine needs to be taken on an empty stomach.
3. Is it ok if I take Size Pro Penis enlargement pills along with them?
I have no way of knowing how your body will react to the synergy of combining L-arginine with Size Pro snake oil pills. In general, none of the ingredients in penis pills should react negatively when combined with L-arginine
4. Should I split the pills up, like take one in the morning and the other at night or can I just take them both at the same time?
My understanding on the benefits of NO2 Vs L-arginine is that NO2 gives a perpetual pump and L-arginine does not. With that in mind it probably is beneficial to split up your doses. NO2 costs a lot more $ but you should be able to get the same effect if you space out your L-arginine intake. As gprent pointed out, your body’s ability to process and benefit from L-arginine is greatly impaired by the presence of food in your belly, especially protein. You are waisting your time and your L-arginine if you take it on other than an empty stomach.
Learn how to use the search function. Most of the guys will not waste their time if you refuse to even make the attempt. L-arginine is a bitch to search in Thunder’s archives, this is true. [b]But[b/] nothing in your posts indicates you have even looked.
You purchased L-arginine but are clueless about it and how to take it? No offense but this is just plain stupid! Why would you possibly buy a supplement without researching it first? Not everyone is good at researching things on line but, I understand that. The thing that is preventing you from getting help is the perception that you are not even trying, that you are simply looking for “easy answers” without being willing to make the effort. “Hey I suck at online research and am so confused by all of this stuff, can someone give me some links?” or “did a search for L-arginine at Thunder’s and got 152 threads back! Can someone point me to the right ones?” would have gotten you a lot more and helpful responses. The guys here will bend over backwards to help but not if they feel like you are expecting them to do it for you.
