I have noticed things that have temporarily reduced sex drive. So they should help you to abstain from sexual activity too.
1. Being tired.
Make yourself tired by doing some intense excersise. This will also help with the next one. Do this several times per week.
2. Don’t go to bed feeling energetic.
Go to bed when you feel tired and want to sleep. A good routine to get into is to go to wake up early and then go to bed the first time you get tired in the evening, don’t let your second wind kick in.
3. Hot Shower.
If you wake up feeling horny, have a long hot shower this will drain you of just enough energy that the horniness will subside a little.
4. Diversion.
Do some activities that take you out of the house and keep your mind occupied at least for the first few days. Go bowling or to the cinema, anything that you like doing and will keep your mind occupied.
Sounds like you are troubled by a very strong habit. I think you may have a better quality of life if you beat this habit. Masturbating is fine, but not to the point where it controls your life. Learn to enjoy sex when you want it, don’t let it become a strictly habitual routine.
Remember it’s better to abstain for two weeks than for the situation to get worse!
