I’m wondering what pills you guys recommend to make you hornier, get your juices flowing easier, and as a plus, make your cock harder?

My friend said he takes a shot bottle of this “Korean red ginseng” thing but I was wondering what you all recommend?

I need something for my first few times with a woman. Sometimes I’m just a little anxious or we spend time trying to get to know each other and my horny-ness kind of deteriorates.

There are a number of natural supplements that “may” impart the androgenic effects that you desire (increased sex drive, increased vasodilation in the penis) such as horny goat weed, yohimbe(sp), tribulus terrestis(sp) and many more. Most of the studies using these ingredients however have been conducted using out of shape or old men, ie those with already suboptimal testosterone levels, so if you are healthy, young, and in shape they will probably not help you.

I’ll ask the obvious next, why not Viagra or cialis? I have personally tried cialis and all I got was a headache and no noticable effect on EQ. Personally, I’ve had the best sex of my life, hardest erections, and highest sex drive of my life while on melanotan II and testosterone (obviously injectables, not orals — research responsibly and use at your own risk). Artard, there are a few very popular ones that B5S4 mentioned.

-Horny goat weed makes you horny
-L-arginine gives you better blood flow resulting in better erections
-Ginkgo also gives you better blood flow in your micro bloodvessels (or something like that)
-some people like to make tea (black, green, or ginseng) with ginger and cayenne in it. These give you better blood flow, result in better flacid hang and better erections
-ZMA can boost your testosterone resulting in better erections
-yohimbine works for many people with better erections but has bad side affects like jitternish, high blood pressure, others
-there are some stronger things like tongkat ali and tribulus, but they have to be cycled because they affect your hormones and they have bad side affects as well. It would be very smart to research these before taking them as well as consulting your doctor.
-Some people use maca, I am not too sure how effective this is

I tried horny goat weed it does increase my libido but l arginine and pine bark extract give me strong erection now I added tongkat ali that works the best and when ever I want sex I prefer to take l arginine as well as tongkat ali. With this combination good strong erection and better sex drive.

I had an issue with ED and my doc gave me a sample of Cialis 5 mg. I took one tablet, not thinking anything would happen for 3-4 days. Wow! Was I wrong! I like LJ100 TA best for strong boners and for a good drive, I add 5g black Maca

I also am a fan of non gelatinized Black Maca. Try to get your hands on a good source of beet powder, can do wonders for blood flow. L -citriline would be my choice. There are many other herbs you can use, the trick is to find a great source or supplier.

You have been given great advise here. You should try it out and see that which works best for you given the context of the challenges you have shared. I have found the following to be of good use in my journey and make strong recommendation:

1 Ginseng
2. ZMA
3. Cialis.
4. l- Arginine

Supplements are great and fulfil an important role. However you too have to do some work on assess your overall health, stress levels and your diet. There may be multiple factors which are having an impact on your workings and isolating these to ascertain where the problem maybe , is a good start. Wishing you well on your journey. So which supplements should a guy take whos in his early 30s, and no side effects for harder, longer lasting errections

Take a supplement called L-Arginine, helps with blood flow and circulation. Not only will you hang fuller but if you workout, you will become more vascular. I drink a fuck ton of water everyday and take two L-Arginine capsules about 30 minutes before dinner. Not only has this made me a tad thicker due to increased blood flow, I am definitely more horny.
