testosterone cream

i am a physician, really, and i just wonder if adding testosterone cream to the whole jelquing/PE thing would help to accelerate or augment gains. If testosterone cream is applied to the clitoris it causes permanent size increases. In fact clitoromegaly will result from increased levels of testosterone in the system. I am not talking about the doses required for weightlifters to make their gains, but I was just wondering if anyone had any knowledge of this. Technically speaking, development of the male genitalia is a result of testosterone (and genes).

Hey welcome aboard!!

I am an internist/geriatrician. What is your specialty?

To answer your question - yes and no. A man who has been relatively hormone deficient for a time may have some atrophy of the tissues and application would perhaps augment gains by at least two mechanisms: restoration of the trophic effect of the hormone and by allowing for mor fuller erections to help stretch out the cavernous tissues that may have undergone a degree of atrophy. For a young male however with normal erectile and hormonal output I doub any benefit would be gained - at least in terms of enlargement of the penis. (In fact such a one may experience atrophy of the testicles and hypertrphy of skeletal muscel).

Check it out guys, no need to have a big dick if you ain't gonna use it!!

thank you for the welcome. Glad to see that there is such a large community of people who are actually well informed about PE. I find it amazing that there is no documented literature in the journals of science about something that is so important to so many people. Hell, there are documented studies of suction pumps to augment breast tissue, why not for penises? Well, anyway, I am an OB/GYN, still in residency. I am very interested in your thoughts because you say that there might be some hypertrophy of the tissue. Isn’t that what we all want? Don’t you think that like bodybuilders who train hard by tearing down the muscle and rebuilding it at a much accelerated rate with the use of steriods that this would only augment the gains garnered by jelquing?

>>Hell, there are documented studies of suction pumps to augment breast tissue, why not for penises?>>

Because in our society women are allowed to desire body modification without a thought about whether it is an inappropriately vain persuit.

>>Well, anyway, I am an OB/GYN, still in residency.>>

Good luck. You may be a welcome resource for out sex discussions when they involve female anatomy and physiology.

>>I am very interested in your thoughts because you say that there might be some hypertrophy of the tissue. Isn’t that what we all want?>>

I was not refering to hypertrophy of the penile tissues, I was referring to hypertrophy of skeletal muscle (like your biceps).

No, in a man with normal hormonal output and normal erectile function the presence of male hormone only functions to MAINTAIN adult size and characteristics pre programmed by individual genetics have been achieved at adolescence.

Swelling Creme

It doesn’t work

I would advise against using these drugs

Well I am not a medical doctor but I do have actually experience to draw from that you might be interested in learning.

My test levels are on the low side of normal and my doctor started giving me 1cc doses of depo at about 10 day intervals. The symptoms being treated were weight gain, tired, reduced libido and so forth. The result was actually that, even cycling the drug, my natural test production went way down and it became hard to get erections.

I monitored my PE growth before, during and after and saw little difference in growth rate. Only when I stopped taking the test and the tribulus did I see aslight increase in growth rate in the FASTER direction. I also tracked night erections which really incresed during this faster growth period.

My conclusion is that anything that reduces night erections is not good for best PE growth rates. On the plus side for depo usage, I did gain strength in the Gym and size at a faster rate.

I have an open ticket to testosterone shots and I am just not interested. My advise to you is to avoid testosterone and it’s sister products and just let your body naturally take care of business. Depressing your testes ability to produce hormones is just not something you want to do until you really NEED to do it. Hope this helps. - Dash

thank you all for the replies. Very informative. Really interesting and enlightening contribution dashdemming. I appreciate it.

Young men with “low normal” levels and symptoms attributable to low test levels should be offered either injections or transdermal testosterone. (transdermal is better - more physiologic in my opinion). However if the treatment doesn’t relieve the symptoms then maybe the low normal level was normal for the young man after all. (but it usually works out that these men do need suplemental testosterone). Another thing is inhibiting peripheral aromatase activity which converts androgens to estrogens. (Loose weight, reduce alcohol consumption, and some supplements). In your case it seems that the treatments didn’t help you. So the treatment was appropriately stopped but the door left open.

I’ve heard that castrated men get high levels of GnRH. So would being put on a testosterone blocker increase one’s GnRH levels(and then could he go off of it and keep these levels)?

No, your body will restore homeostasis. It’s a feedback loop:
high testosterone —> low GnRH —> low FSH/LH —> low testosterone —> high GnRH —> high FSH/LH —> high testosterone. etc.
