Red Panax is what I take, Siberian isn’t even actually ginseng but a related plant.

My personal daily alchemical woody formula is Cayenne, Ginko, Ginseng, Horney Goat Weed, and Arginine. And when I know I’ll be getting some I’ll even pop a couple Tribulus Terrestris. (which need to be taken sparingly as the body can adapt and then get less benefit from it if taken too often.) I take these because I’m on an anti-depressant which lowers my drive and desire for sex.

I’ve been taking siberian ginseng just because of learned routine from years ago for energy. I also take horny goat weed and gingko.

I also take maca, marapuama, 7-keto dhea and anti-estrogen factors (DIM, indole-3-carbinol, Chrysin), plus a regime of blood/circulatory nutrients. Have you tried any of these?

I don’t mean to pry but why are you on anti-depressants? (I have read about the negative side effects of AD’s on sexual desire)
Do you workout to release natural endorphins?

I have followed your postings and feel that you have greatly helped me with your knowledge, so I feel naturally inclined to payback in any way possible, after all, this is a UNITED forum of mens issues and everyone has something to offer.

I’ve dealt with depression on a personal level as well as having a family history of it with 2 sisters suffering from it. From my personal view point, I have solved a lot of my manic depression with studies of metaphysical principals = re-programming the mind (without some outside psycho-babbler). Anytime you wanna talk, I’m here!

I’ve tried maca & marapuama, which were in the first Horney Goat Weed supplement I took, they did seem to increase the effects.
I haven’t tried any of the others, maybe you can tell me more about them.

The anti-depressant I take is actually prescribed for me for generalized anxiety disorder. I suffered from an occasional panic attack, which was very difficult to control and I couldn’t understand why they happened. I was on Effexor XR over a year ago, and then I was doing good so I went off it. After a traumatic family situation however my disorder returned. I’ve since learned a lot about psychology, metaphysical, self-hypnosis, etc, but the meds do a very good job of keeping the anxiety levels down, and supposedly after 2 years on, it shouldn’t return at all. I do also body build 3 days a week, and with all the other self work I do to boot, I’m doing very well now.
