Hey everyone. I too was interested in increasing my loads, but I REFUSE to take any sort of drug for this purpose. After doing pretty extensive research on the net, I've come up with the following daily intake:Morning, with meal:
-2 mg Copper - to counteract any deficiency caused by the Zinc
-1000 mg Vitamin C - increase in sperm quality and prevents it from sticking together inside of you and out (also damn good for avoiding the cold!)
-Vitamin B Complex - similar reasons as C… also good for PE as it will aid in any nerve repairing
-22.5 Grams (3 Tablespoons) Lecithin Granules - This stuff is mentioned EVERYWHERE on the web. Doesn't seem to increase sperm count, but does increase semen fluid. Also shown to lower cholesterol and help memory.
Early afternoon, between meals:
-3 Grams L-Arginine - Increases sperm count as sexual desire
Evening, with meal:
-50 mg Zinc - increases count and also contributes to whitening of the semen
-L-Lysine - While I've heard from some sources it helps sperm loads… I take it to counteract any skin problems caused by Arginine. DO NOT TAKE Arginine if you have herpes!! I had a COLD SORE that would NOT go away (not from herpes). If you do get a cold sore, reduce Arginine intake and increase Lysine intake until it subsides.
-22.5 Grams (3 Tablespoons) Lechithin Granules
Night before bed:
-3 Grams L-Arginine
I've been taking this for 50 days now, and the effect has been noticable. I'm not going to be like those sites that claim a 500% improvement; but I would say somewhere between 60-90%… pretty substantial.
In addition, sperm takes 60-70 days to create, so many of the supplements may take this long to take full effect. So I'll keep you posted!
Any comments or suggestions on how I might improve this 'sperm diet'?

Imagine my shock and amusement when you said you refused to take “drugs” to achieve your goals, then promptly rattled off the laundry list of drugs you take every day?!?!?
Reminds me of cartoon of teenage son who came home drunk and stinking of cigarettes. One parent to the other: “At least he doesn’t take drugs”
Indeed.
