2. After andractim: topical finasteride on penis along with 1 mg pill of finasteride for 4 weeks.

Cycle repeats.

Make a difference to what? You need to explain the objective of this treatment and why you think the substances involved would help to achieve it.

Irishjim, I am speculating here but he may be trying to block dht receptors and hoping that when he comes off the drug they will be hypersensitive to dht. Perhaps promoting a size increase, harder erections and more sensitivity?
