It seems to be a “magic pill” that will reduce your blood sugar and increase your heart rate. That’s actually a creepy combination now that I think about it. There’s no real reason for it, but I just have a bad feeling about something doing both of those things at the same time.

If you want a cheaper route, take a generic version of Thermadrene (i.e. Pure Energy available at supplementdirect.com) during the day – being careful to follow the instructions, mind you – and some vanadyl sulfate, B-6, protein and flax oil at night. I didn’t see the price on trimspa, but I can imagine that its more than $20 a month.

Remember, any supplement can be re-created with high quality generic ingredients. You just have to know where to find quality generics.

One thing that I can tell you is that if you are hypoglycemic – as I am – you want to stay far away from this product and never ever take vanadyl.

Kamel, I have taken this weight loss pill on and off ,it does help ,,I’ve lost 20 lbs since i started it, it really does help reduce your appetite,, how many pounds do you have to loose?
