Morning after breakfast:

Acidopholus
Afternoon before lunch:
1 gram chlorella
1 gram spirulina
500 mg l-lysine
Afternoon after lunch:
1 gram fish oil (cutting down on fish oil big time since I eat lots of cold water fish and supplement with chlorella)
1 B-complex vitamin with C (only when I feel I need it, which isn’t often)
Early evening:
1 gram spirulina
1 gram chlorella
500 mg l-lysine
Evening after dinner:
Zinc picolinate (22mg)
Calcium/Magnesium/Vitamin D
Acidopholus
10 grams soy lecithin
Note, I find the lecithin WORKS. I believe that the others who don’t have luck with it don’t have luck because you guys are taking capsules. Capsules are just not enough! I use the granules mixed with water. Two tablespoons a night mixed with water or apple juice gives me 10 full grams! I believe this is the key to my massive loads.
