Viagra and Cialis

I just received some name brand Viagra and Cialis, and also some Tadalafil ( got Tadalafil from a net source). I’m really eager to try them. I’ve read so many threads and posts on this stuff, it’s time I test it out for myself. I’ll try it( the name brand Viagra) first thing tomorrow morning on an empty stomach with water, and let you guys know how it goes. I also have some generic Viagra on the way. Any suggestions, thoughts, concerns, criticisms?

I’m actually pretty excited about this.

Have you ever taken it before? Do you need any advice on the dosage to take? You can minimize side effects by starting off with a minimum dose and make necessary adjustments from there.

This is my first time. I have the 100 mg pills and following the advice and wisdom of so many other posts and experience, I have cut that pill into four equal parts ( as well as the Cialis). But if this forum has taught me anything, it’s ” you can’t have too much information”.

Good to see you have done your research. Starting out at 25mg for Viagra is good and 10mg for Cialis.

The Viagra effects will last for 4 hours, and the Cialis effects will last for up to 3 days with your 2nd day perhaps your best. I like to take a daily low dose of tadalafil in the 5mg range.

Daily low doses you say? Sounds interesting, do you mind sharing how that works\affects you? A daily dose never crossed my mind.

I would hate to be over flowing you with too much information, but I guess you haven’t seen the latest Cialis advertisements on TV promoting their daily low dose Cialis for guys on the go that always what to be ready.

I am not sure what daily dosage they sell for this, but for me, 5mg works perfectly with no side effects. I know that if I take too much tadalafil, a get an ache in my hip that is very annoying and the 5mg daily dose is strong enough to give me great erections without any side effects.

Here’s some information - these things are prescription drugs, not supplements. You shouldn’t even be taking them if you don’t have erection problems. (IMO)

Oh I’ve never seen those commercials, and I know West, I know. I shouldn’t take these, I don’t have ED, but my erections are getting weaker these days ( admittedly I haven’t been a big fan of kegels) I really need to get into kegeling. Thanks for your concern though.

does that effect the results?

Eating an hour or two after should not be a problem as most of the Viagra has been absorbed into your system within the first hour. Food in your stomach while taking Viagra prevents a lot of the Viagra from being absorbed and allows it to be “flushed” through the digestive tract. I don’t like to take Viagra on a completely empty stomach either, so I usually eat a cracker or have a candy if I have not eaten in a long time - 12+ hours.

Thanks for the info. I just took the last part of the pill maybe 10 minutes ago. It’s odd but I don’t think it’s working. I know I’m hard to medicate but I don’t feel anything and there has been no difference. I took a quarter pill first thing in the morning, and every hour and 30 minutes I take another quarter. So I just took 4 parts, so now I have a full pill in my system ( on an empty stomach since I’m experimenting). Maybe it’ll work now, but I’m not taking anymore for the next 3 days.

I don’t think Viagra has a significant accumulated benefit. It is intended as a one shot dosage. You should try 1/4 pill one day and if it does not have an effect within an hour, you should wait a day and try a 1/2 pill. If you do not have ED, 1/4 pill should do the trick. I have severe ED and I usually need 100mg, although with PE I can now get by with 50mg.

Remember, Viagra/Cialis will not work spontaneously. You also need mental stimulus to generate an erection. A naked girl near by works best; however, absent that, pictures and thoughts can help.

Yeah I was worried about taking a full pill, so I took a fourth, and I timed each time I did, and got an erection and didn’t notice anything different.

1st quarter - 1 hour 15 minutes ( got myself to 2 erection, no difference noticed)

2nd quarter- 55 minutes ( worked myself up to 3 erections, no difference)

3rd quarter - 34 minutes ( getting a little frustrated worked up to 2 erections no change)

now I’m 45 minutes into the last portion of a 100 mg pill. in a few minutes I’ll test my EQ again.

I thought this would be “abc simple”. maybe Viagra isn’t for me. ( still haven’t eaten) Any suggestions?

I take Viagra just to get an erection, so I am pleased with anything with an EQ of 6 or better. Not familiar how it works to improve EQ if you are not having a problem getting an erection. I have read and heard stories that even 25mg have brought on raging erections. I don’t think food will have any effect on you at this point.

I believe you said you are taking regular Pfizer Viagra. If so, I guess Viagra is not for you. Sometimes, however, if I am not in the right mood, no amount will work for me either.I think anxiety can have a negative effect as well. It works best for me when I am having sex with my wife. If it is not real Viagra, however, that could be your problem.

Maybe you’re right. I guess I’ll try it a month or so from now when my fiancee is here. Thanks Warren.

I’ve been so busy I almost forgot, my generic Viagra ( Kamagra and Sidenifil Citrate pills) gets here today. I don’t know if I’ll try them today when they arrive, or just wait for my girl to get here, either way, I’ll post the results.
